Registration and Registration Fee

Participants are asked to register for the meetings by January 20, 2010. For registration, download the Registration Form and send the completed document to Ruth Neilan and Hans-Peter Plag. If your browser is set up to send e-mails, you may also use the on-line Registration form to register.

A registration fee of $165.00 will be charged to cover some of the costs associated with the GGOS Meetings. To pay the registration fee, click on the "Buy Now" button.

Hotel Reservations

Participants are asked to make their hotel reservations directly with the Mayfair Hotel and Spa. To make reservations, send an e-mail to roomreserve@mayfairhotelandspa.com or call +1-305-779-4572 or 73. To receive the discounted group rates, guest must identify themselves in their phone calls or emails as attendees of the GGOS Meeting, which is the group code. Note that U.S. Governmental employees are entitled to get the government rate. Special rates are available from January 30 to February 4, 2010. These rates are only guaranteed for reservation made up to January 21, 2010.

Please, note that on the weekend after the GGOS Meetings the NFL Super Bowl will take place in Miami. This implies very high hotel prices for the night from Friday to Saturday. Therefore, you should plan your trip such that you leave Miami at the latest on Friday, February 5, 2010.
