The registration fee was EUR 150, and this fee covered the meeting rooms, rent of equipment, coffee breaks, a welcome reception on Tuesday evening, and a Retreat dinner on Wednesday evening. Pre-payment of registration fee was possible by credit card or bank transfer. On-site payment could be made by credit card or in cash.

Although registration deadline was 1 March 2008, all participants were asked to register as soon as possible so that the organizers could get an early overview on the likely number of participants.

Accomodation and Meals

There were several alternatives for accomodation at the Centre, with all prices being given for half board (including breakfast and lunch).

Rooms in the former Seminary are 50 EUR/day and 90 EUR/day for a single and double room (two person occupancy), respectively. This building has 65 guestrooms, of which 32 are single and 33 are double bedrooms. All rooms have telephone, bathroom, TV, and computer connection (wireless or lan). Furthermore, there are some common spaces in the building including a TV room, a reading room, a living room, a laundry and a canteen.

Rooms in the Fortress are 55 EUR/day and 100 EUR/day for a single and double room (two person occupancy), respectively. There are 21 guestrooms of which 16 are single and 5 double bedrooms which share a living room. Each room is provided with telephone, bathroom, TV, and computer connection (lan).

Guests could make use of a self-service canteen that offers fast and palatable meals, in the same building of the former seminary. The canteen also offers a service composed of a selected menu, according to special needs.

There are many restaurants at walking distance from the Centre. The Centre shares an agreement with several local restaurants and pizzerias (15) that offer fixed prices.
